MEETING THE FAMILY

Here in WAH, we arrange a chance for every member to meet once in a year and build their relationship. Cultural activities, gourmet sessions, adventure sports , art workshops and a whole lot await you to make each day special. Each club member is entitled with a free family pass for our annual family get-together program.

TURNING INTO WAH

An agreement when made between the owner and the facilitator (WAH), WAH takes possession of the villas and a complete refurbishment is given to them and upgrades it onto boutique villas. The profit generated from these properties will be shared between the investor and the promoter as per the ratio mentioned in the agreement. The owner is free to resell / transfer the ownership even within the lease period in which case the lease agreement with the promoter will be transferred to the buyer/ new owner.
