WAH offers its members an exciting opportunity to enjoy privileged and unique services through its club membership. The initiative takes care of all its members and provide them a place to relax and rejuvenate in homely environments across Wayanad. To experience WAH is to embrace nature in its pristine glory. The members of WAH will brought under the umbrella of 'Wayanad Ambience Club'.
Being a member of WAH, gives you a fantastic getaway at Wayanad, in a relaxing and homely atmosphere.
Specifications :
Your Residential property/ Holiday home/ Farmhouse must be included in Wayanad Ambience Home circles.
- 2 BHK or above: 2 or more bedrooms with attached bathrooms, Living area, Dining space and a comfortable outdoor space.
- Property should be located at a naturally rich atmosphere.
- Property should match the WAH Club Standards.
STEP BY STEP PROCESS
- Owner–facilitator gets in touch.
- Facilitator visits the property with an expert team to gauge the asset.
- Shortcomings identified will be notified and as estimated amount to remodel the property will be communicated to WAH club.
- Contract will be signed, once commercial aspects are agreed upon.
- Shortcomings identified will be rectified, owner completes his scope of work with either his own vendor or vendor provided by WAH.
- Photo-shoot will be done and the property will be marketed and promoted over WAH sites and other means.
- Facilitator takes over the operations and the property goes live for the guests to stay.
- A monthly payment will be made to the owner as per the agreement.
AMBIENCE PRIVILEGE CARD:
Each club member will be entitled to an exclusive 'privilege card' which will enable them avail perks, offers and discounts on our networks and a number of partner outlets, which can also be gifted to your family and friends to access WAH properties at discounted rates.
