Terms and Conditions

• An initial onetime payment needs to be furnished by each club member whereby club membership is secured
• In case of any structural maintenance in order to operate the property, the owner will have to bear the cost and resolve it
• A Minimum Lock in of 2 year is applicable for all the properties signing up for WAH project
• The revenue obtained from each property will be shared between the owner and the facilitator in the ratio 1:3 ( 25% for owner and 75% for the facilitator)
• The facilitator will be the final authority as far as sales and marketing of the property is concerned
• Room rates of each property differs based on Location, View, Amenities etc
• Expenses incurred, such as KSEB bill, Wifi Bill, DTH bill etc, will be borne by the facilitator and reimbursed to the club member during monthly closing
• Any losses incurred owing to low booking rates, seasonality etc of any property will be borne completely by the facilitator
